While you may want to win the case and pay nothing, it might be more realistic to agree to close the case by paying the person less than the face value of the debt. If your credit card or loan agreement contains an arbitration clause, our request to enforce the arbitration will use it against the collector. Personal cheques are not accepted. Information about child support and how to apply can be found on the PA Child Support Program website. There is no refund for overpayments of $10.00 or less. Refunds will be made for all amounts over $10.00. If you are prosecuted for guilt, you can respond with SoloSuit. In cases not expressly provided for, the Director of the Department of Judicial Records charges the same fees as those charged for services of an essentially similar nature. The Marriage Licensing Office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. NOTE: No requests will be processed after 16:00.
