Our Debt Lawsuit Settlement Letter provides the debt collector with an out-of-court settlement agreement. While you may want to win the case and pay nothing, it might be more realistic to agree to close the case by paying the person less than the face value of the debt. In cases not expressly provided for, the Director of the Department of Judicial Records charges the same fees as those charged for services of an essentially similar nature. The Marriage Licensing Office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. NOTE: No requests will be processed after 16:00.
