- County of Sonoma PLA Negotiations Are at an Impasse Regarding Local Trucking-on May 21, 2024, the Board of Supervisors will have a public hearing on whether to include local trucking under their new PLA policy. As many of you know, if you want to write a letter to the Supes, or better yet, show up on May 21, your voice can be heard regarding this potential huge impact on our local workforce. For those that are doing their best to do their homework, there is no document draft available to review ahead of time. You have to rely on my “word of mouth” information that I have sounded off on.
