HR Assistant Needed for a Busy Trucking Company
Duties:
– Perform clerical tasks such as maintain employee files per DOT requirements; onboarding of new employees, drug & alcohol enrollment & testing, medical clearance
– Provide personal assistant support to managers
– Must be computer knowledgeable and comfortable with Word and Excel.
– Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a human resources assistant or in a similar role is preferred
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong written and verbal communication skill- Bilingual preferred but not required
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Must be a team player.
– Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
– Mac experience helpful, but not required.
