Please read following information before Volunteering at the Warehouse:

As a Warehouse Volunteer at our Distribution Center, you’ll play a vital role in our operations by sorting and packaging fresh fruits and vegetables, assembling grocery boxes for seniors, and organizing donated non-perishable items for distribution to our neighbors in need.

Volunteer Shift Registration

  • All volunteers, including children, must register individually before their shift. We welcome volunteers of all ages! However, since our Distribution Center is an active workspace, please use discretion when bringing young children. Volunteers aged 14 and older may participate without a parent or guardian.
  • To be fully prepared, we require all volunteers to review our Volunteer Handbook, which covers key details on volunteering with groups/teams, policies, and FAQs.
  • We value respect, fairness, and kindness—negative remarks or harassment will not be tolerated.
  • Tracking your hours? Visit our Verifying Hours page for step-by-step instructions.

Before You Arrive & What to Expect

  • Closed-toed shoes are required. We also recommend wear layered clothing—our Distribution Center can be chilly and don’t forget to bring a water bottle.
  • Please arrive on time and check-in at the kiosk in the lobby and wait for your shift to begin. Late arrivals may be asked to return on another day for safety and staffing reasons.
  • If you’re interested in a tour of our facility, they will be available at the end of the 10 AM and 2 PM shifts.
