Northern California Engineering Contractors Association

ECA and Regional Water Control Board Workshop

There has been increased uncertainty and inconsistency in SWPPP practices amongst field personnel and project teams.  Uncertainties and inconsistent compliance oversight costs public and private entities time and dollars.

With that in mind, the Northern California Engineering Contractors Association has asked, and received confirmation, that Walt Dragaloski will be present to clarify changes to the General Construction Permit process for 2025 that some folks either are having trouble adhering to, or they may not be fully aware of some of the changes that may be contributing to the uncertainties.  Our hope is to have a robust workshop with all of you present as well as our contractors, engineers, and consultants that build and oversee these projects.
